Bottling a Belgian Golden Strong with Recipe

Golden Belgian Strong in Carboy with sweater 

Peak-a-boo

Clean out bottle with hot water and get all the gunk out

Wash them in Starsan

Let the bottles dry - I have a Fast Rack system

Blue Ridge Golden Belgian Strong Recipe

All grain (5.2 gallons)
ABV: 9.35%
OG: 1.087
FG: 1.017
IBUs: 27.0
Color: 4.8 CRM

Grain: 
13 lb - Pilsner (2 Row) Belgium
1 lb - Wheat, Flaked
1 lb - Oats, Flaked
1 lb - Corn, Flaked
1 lb - Candi Sugar, Clear

Mash: 
60 minutes at 154.0 F

Hops:
1 oz - Perle at 60 min left in boil
1 oz - Tettnang at 10 min left in boil
1 oz - Tettnang at 0 min left in boil

Yeast:
1 pkg - Abby Ale (White Labs) 

Ferment:
14 day ferment at 70 degrees
