ABV: 4.73%
OG: 1.048
FG: 1.011
IBUs: 37.8
Color: 34.8 SRM

Grain:
7lb of Pale Malt, Maris Otter
1lb of Crystal 10
.5Lb of Biscuit Malt
1lb of Black Malt

Hops:
1oz of Centennial at 60 minutes
1oz of Motueka at 0 minutes

Dry Hops:
1oz of Centennial for 5 days
1oz of Motueka for 5 days

Mash Step:
Add 4.06 gal of water at 169.0F
Target Temp 154.0F for 60 min
Fly Sparge with 4.19 gal of water at 168.0F

Ferment:
Primary: 4 days at 67.0F
Secondary: 10 days at 67.0F
