Home Brewing a Blonde

Mashing In

Draining the Mash Tun

On Friday the 13th I brewed my signature Banjo Blonde but with new hops.  I tend to mix up the hop every time.  This time I found German Melon Hops from Hop Union with 6.3 Alpha and supposed to taste like melon and strawberry.
